Studio Policies
ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT
As per limited enrollment, all billing transactions are completed on the first (1st) of each month. All classes require full payment upon registration. All registrations require an email address and for insurance reasons that you be registered in the Sound Tree Entertainment talent database. To do this, you go to www.GreenRoomActingStudio.com and click on TALENT APPLICATION and complete the form and include a photograph, if you have not already done so. Your credit card statement will appear as Sound Tree Entertainment.
Once the talent agrees to take the four-week course, a seat is reserved for them and the Green Room Acting Studio has the understanding the talent will complete four consecutive classes. Your seat will not be given away for the next four weeks. All payments are final. In the case of a qualifying cancellation, refunds will be issued as a credit. Non-qualifying cancellations will not be issued a credit.
If at any time you are wanting to dis-enroll from the Green Room Acting Studio, we must receive a written notice fifteen (15) days in advance before the next billing cycle. You may email this notice to gregoryjames@me.com or dianemariedolan@gmail.com.
ATTENDANCE POLICY AND ABSENCES
Students should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the beginning of each class. Students are required to be prepared for class. As respect to our instructors’ valuable time, it would be appreciated if you would notify us immediately if the talent cannot attend class due to illness or an emergency, as well as an industry related conflict or booking.

FEES / TUITION
Kids Classes (1 hour of Training per week / 4 hours a month): $100
Teen Classes (1.5 hour of Training per week / 6 hours a month): $150
Adult Classes (1.5 hour of Training per week / 6 hours a month): $150
