Credit Card Authorization & Enrollment Agreement

This Credit Card Authorization Form is used to enroll in Green Room Acting Studio semester-based acting classes. Our instructors include respected acting coaches and industry professionals from Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, and Miami.

Green Room Acting Studio operates on a six-semester academic calendar, designed to provide focused, professional-level training. Each semester runs for approximately eight weeks and is scheduled as follows:

Semester 1: January – February
Semester 2: March – April
Semester 3: May – June
Semester 4: July – August
Semester 5: September – October
Semester 6: November – December

Enrollment secures a seat for the entire semester (2 Months) selected at the time of registration. Tuition is due according to the chosen payment option and reserves a limited seat exclusively for the enrolled student.

If a student does not intend to continue into a subsequent semester, written notice must be submitted via the official online withdrawal form no later than the 20th of the month preceding the start of the next semester. Failure to submit timely notice may result in continued billing and seat reservation.

All tuition payments are non-refundable once a semester begins. Enrollment may not be transferred to another student or deferred to a future semester unless expressly approved in writing by Green Room Acting Studio.

An asterisk (*) next to an instructor’s name identifies a casting director.
