CANCELLATION FORM

We understand that life happens and that sometimes you need to take a break from classes.

We use an outside billing system and our monthly fees are submitted in advance of the first of the month. 

Enrollment Term & Semester Structure:
Green Room Acting Studio operates on a semester-based enrollment system with six (6) semesters per calendar year.

Semester 1: January – February
Semester 2: March – April
Semester 3: May – June
Semester 4: July – August
Semester 5: September – October
Semester 6: November – December

Enrollment constitutes a commitment to the entire semester selected, regardless of the monthly billing structure.

Billing & Cancellation Acknowledgment:

- Tuition is billed monthly during the semester.
- To avoid enrollment and billing for the next semester, a cancellation request must be submitted via the official online cancellation form no later than the 20th of the month before the start of the upcoming semester.
- Failure to submit a timely cancellation request will result in automatic enrollment and billing for the next semester.
